All payments must be made as agreed in the invoice or proposal.
Late payments may result in project delays.
To ensure timely completion, clients must:
Provide required content, images, and login details on time
Review work and provide feedback promptly
Ensure they have rights to all submitted content
Project delays caused by lack of client communication are not the responsibility of Shoeb Design.
Revisions are provided as outlined in the project agreement. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Upon full payment:
The client receives ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for them.
Shoeb Design retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio for marketing purposes.
Shoeb Design is not liable for:
Business losses or missed profits
Third-party hosting issues
Security breaches caused by external factors
Client modifications after project completion
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
